A quote scribbled on a notepad loses to a clean one, priced right.

QuoteDesk builds quotes from your own price list — tap the items, it does the math, applies your tax rate, adds your terms, and prints a quote sheet that looks like it came from a shop twice your size. PandaDoc charges $35 a month billed monthly for a whole document suite. This is just the quoting part, done for you, for $32 a month.

Your prices, loaded for you. Your quote, built in minutes, math done, ready to hand over or send.

Get it set up — $49, paid when it's live

Try it free for 7 days with your real price list in it. No contract.

How it works — 3 steps

1

Your price list goes in — done for you

During setup we load your actual services and prices, your tax rate, and your terms line. Then we test-print a quote together, so the first one you hand a customer isn't the first one you've ever seen.

2

Tap the job together

Customer in front of you or on the phone — tap the items, set quantities, adjust where the job's different. The totals and tax add themselves. No calculator, no "let me get back to you on the number."

3

Print it or send it

A clean quote sheet with your name on it, the items priced, the terms right there. Your quotes stay saved on your device, so the "what did I quote them?" question answers itself.

What you get

  • Your real price list, loaded for you — not a blank template and a weekend of data entry. Your services, your prices, your tax rate, your terms.
  • Quotes built in minutes — tap items, set quantities, done. The math and the tax are automatic, so the number you say is the number on the sheet.
  • A quote sheet that looks professional — printed or sent, it's the version of your shop that wins against the guy with the notepad and the guy with the vague text message.
  • Every quote saved — on your device, searchable when the customer calls back in three weeks and says "about that price you gave me…"
  • Me. A real person loads your list and test-prints with you before you pay. Prices change down the road, you call me — not a support queue.

That's the whole list, on purpose. It's a quoting desk, not a document platform. If you need contracts, e-signatures, and a legal department's workflow, that's PandaDoc money — and the honest box below says exactly where this stops.

The price, next to theirs

Per monthWhat a year costs
PandaDoc — Starter, billed monthly (their $19 rate needs annual prepay) $35 $420
PandaDoc — Business, billed monthly $65 $780
QuoteDesk — this page $32 $433 the first year ($49 setup + $32/mo), then $384 a year

Under PandaDoc's monthly-billed Starter — and Starter is a suite you still have to configure yourself. QuoteDesk's year includes a human loading your real price list and test-printing your first quote with you. The comparison isn't just the $3 a month; it's who's doing the setup. (You.)

Spreadsheets are free, and if your quotes are simple and rare, honestly, keep the spreadsheet. QuoteDesk pays when quoting is a daily thing and the notepad-and-calculator routine is costing you time — or jobs.

$49 to set it up. Then $32/mo.
  • Founding offer: the first 25 buyers get in at $29 setup + $19/mo, locked for 6 months, then the standard rate. When the cohort fills, it's gone — the standard price above is the real price.
  • The setup includes your price list loaded, your tax rate and terms set, and a test print together — you pay when that's done and working, not before. Cash or Venmo.
  • Month to month after that. No contract, no card on file.

One honest note: QuoteDesk is also free inside my SalesOS tool shelf for sales professionals — it's part of the toolkit there. This page is the standalone version: just QuoteDesk, set up with your price list, no shelf account needed.

The honest part — what this won't do

QuoteDesk makes quotes. It doesn't collect signatures or payments. No e-sign, no card charging, no "customer approved" workflow. You hand over or send the quote, and you do business the way you already do. If legally-signed proposals are your bottleneck, you want the suite — this isn't hiding that.

It's one user. No team seats, no shared price lists across a crew, no manager dashboard. It's a desk for the person who quotes the work. Sized and priced like it, on purpose.

Who it's for

Trades and service shops — painters, cleaners, installers, repair folks, anybody who quotes jobs in driveways and kitchens and knows the quote is the first impression. If you're writing numbers on notepads, texting prices you'll regret, or re-adding columns that won't add, this is your fix. If you quote twice a year, keep the notepad.

Fair questions

How does my price list get in there?

You send me your prices however you have them — a list, a photo of your rate sheet, last month's quotes — and I load them, set your tax rate and terms, and test-print a quote with you during setup. That work is what the $49 buys.

What if my prices change?

You can edit items yourself, or call me. A price list that can't change would be a trap, not a tool.

Can customers sign or pay on the quote?

No — and that's stated plainly in the honest box above. QuoteDesk produces the quote. Signing and paying stay the way you already handle them.

Can I try it first?

Yes — 7 days free with your real price list loaded. Quote two or three real jobs on it and you'll know.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cash or Venmo, no card kept on file. If it's not saving you time, tell me and I'll shut it off.

Get started

Tell me what you sell and how your prices look today, and I'll load your list, set your tax and terms, and test-print your first real quote with you. You pay the $49 when it's working (founding buyers: $29 setup), cash or Venmo.
